EDUCATIONAL STRUCTURES ADMINISTRATION
The course objective is to qualify trainees in familiarizing with communication issues, while optimizing interpersonal relations. Besides, they develop deep understanding about the contemporary workplaces, schools in particular. They also familiarize with tools and models for problem-solving and the “win-win” negotiation model. They will be able to implement conflict management techniques at school. Knowledge acquisition also concerns a wide range of administration models and implementation techniques, the difference between the roles of a manager and a leader and reinforcing techniques for school extroversion.
