PLANNING AND ORGANIZING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS – COORDINATION OF IMPLEMENTING THE INSTRUCTIONAL PROCESS AND EDUCATIONAL WORK EVALUATION IN ADULT LEARNING CENTERS
The course objective is to help trainees develop educational scenarios, techniques and approaches suitable for adult learners. They further their knowledge about human force concepts, goal setting and organization progress along with adult education principles. They also develop skills in evaluation as a means of development, develop and implement evaluation models along with personnel training. They also develop a culture of excellence, while being sensitized in coordinating adult education.
