TOUR LEADER

The course objective is to reinforce trainees in accompanying organized groups of tourists in destinations in Greece and abroad. To this end, they develop skills in group accompaniment and responsibilities to customers starting at the area of departure. The main responsibilities concern activities at the place of destination and are completed upon arrival and termination of the trip. Besides, they keep in mind that they are the main representatives of the travel agency. This means that they process various issues regarding the interaction of the tourist agency and tourist services suppliers at the place of destination.
