HOTEL RECEPTIONIST

The course seeks to fully qualify trainees to work in hotels in Greece and abroad. They develop skills in providing information about itineraries and fees, prices for hotels or other tourist services. Within the framework of continuous strategic upgrading, Tourism focuses on extending the tourist season and attracts more tourists all year round. The qualified personnel is necessary to staff tourist companies, so that they can handle customer lists, communicate effectively with customers and manage hotel organizational issues.
